Anahy Pocon

My name is Anahy Pocon, I am 25 years old and  soon I will complete my university studies, which will give me the title of Social Worker. This training has been an inspiration to me, enabling me to realize improvements in the social field with small projects.

I am a carpenter and instructor as well, which has nothing to do with social work but which is a profession that I love. In my work at the carpentry school I bring the two things together. Working at our school is enriching because I can share my knowledge with the students and learn from them at the same time.

My dream is to support and strengthen the Project by sharing my knowledge in both my fields and thus have a meaningful impact on the education of boys and girls in Guatemala
